Introduction

LocalView is a toolkit from ESRI (UK) which has been developed by Scottish Borders Council to enable improved accessibility of our online council services and information. It provides a single point of access to Council and community information, enhancing the way citizens do business with Scottish Borders Council.
The application itself allows users to perform searches on specific properties or locations and retrieve information about local sevices and amenities; users can also identify the proximity in miles (as the crow flies) of local services and submit fault reports directly to the council accross the World Wide Web.
